Mostly directly from you. In some cases we receive data from your employer, from public registers or from our suppliers.

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf (data processors), for example IT, email, finance and web hosting providers, and with public authorities where required by law. We never sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
6. How long we keep the data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose, for example: customer data for the duration of the contract and 24 months thereafter, accounting records for seven years under the Swedish Accounting Act, recruitment data for 12 months.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent at any time. We protect personal data with technical and organizational measures, such as access controls, encryption and incident management procedures.
